The CNC Operators is a highly skilled professional, able to work with great concentration and precision. They will produce machined parts by operating various Citizen Swiss Screw Machines. They must uphold quality and safety standards; keep records as well as maintain equipment and supplies. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are essential. The goal is to produce high quality parts and materials by following strict manufacturing procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform complex, repetitive deburring operations by removing excess metal and surface defects from parts.
- Interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- Set Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- Follow established manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Set up and operate all deburring equipment and hand tools.
- Inspect deburred parts to ensure conformance to quality specifications, using gauges, micrometers, calipers, comparators microscopes and other measuring tools as required.
- Follow procedures as needed to address non-conformities.
- Document Inspection data, outcomes or results as needed or required by job.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
- Perform Quality checks and make machine offsets as necessary.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

- Physical ability to safely lift objects as heavy as 50 lbs and stand/walk for more than 5 hours per day.
